Loan Description

Much like our CD secured loans, you can borrow against marketable securities that you own. By borrowing against your marketable securities, you do not have to redeem or sell your current assets which would often incur additional income tax. This allows you to get the money you need today while not having to liquidate any of the investments in your portfolio.
