E-Statements
Border Capital Bank now offers electronic statements (e-Statements) for your personal and business deposit statement account(s). You can choose to retrieve your e-Statement via the internet instead of receiving a paper copy in the mail. e-Statements include all the same information that you receive with a paper statement including your check images and any notices or important information from Border Capital Bank.
e-Statements are:
• Secure - e-Statements are secure and require an ID and password to be accessed.
• Convenient – You can view, print, download and save your e-Statement to your computer or a disk any time you want. And, you can have all of your e-Statements organized in one central location which makes them easy to store and retrieve.
• Easy – Just fill out the e-Statement Enrollment Form directly from our Online Banking page.
• Fast – You’ll receive your e-Statement one or two days after your statement is produced. Days earlier than you normally receive your statement in the mail.
• Free – There is no cost to enroll for e-Statement service.
• You can retrieve statements up to 18 months from time of enrollment.
You will receive all of your e-Statement information as a PDF (portable document format) attachment. PDF files require Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5.05 or higher) to view them. You can download a free copy of the Acrobat Reader software if necessary.
A secure way to receive your statements:
Border Capital Bank always utilizes state-of-the-art security measures for our online products and services. Our online service also requires that you use a Web browser that supports 128-bit encryption, the highest level commercially available. Rest assured that your e-Statement information is secure.
How to enroll for e-Statements:
Just click on the “e-Statements” login link on our Online Banking page. You'll receive an email from Confirmation@eStatementSolutions.com saying we received your form. Your reply to this notifies us that you are confirming enrollment. You will begin to receive e-Statements notifications the next time you are scheduled to receive a statement on your account.
